JSI PORTABLES – Return & Refund Policy

At JSI Portables, we provide portable toilet rental services customized for your event or job site. Because these are scheduled and delivered services, we do not offer traditional product returns. However, we aim to be fair and transparent:
1. Cancellations
- Orders canceled 48+ hours before delivery: Eligible for a full refund.
- Orders canceled within 48 hours of delivery: May be charged a cancellation fee to cover preparation and scheduling costs.
2. Refunds
Refunds may be issued if:
- Service was not delivered as agreed (wrong date or location).
- Equipment arrived damaged or unusable, and no replacement was provided within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your scheduled service date.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds for:
- Customer negligence or damage to equipment after delivery.
- Unused rental time if the service was delivered as agreed.
- Issues caused by severe weather, inaccessible locations, or factors beyond our control.
